Sir i am a qualified chartered accountant with over 3.5 years of work experience in finance and accounts domain. now i want to move ahead in my professional carrier and i want to do IFRS and Ind as courses, but i have no idea how to do, from where to do, whether diploma course would be better or certificate course would be better from indian scenario. whether courses from ICAI would be bettter or From EY or KPMG would be better. i am totally confused and finding no proper guide.

Can anyone please help me to work it out and suggest me where to go and with whom to go.
