I am Ca Final Student(1st group of final also got cleared,2nd Group Left),I am getting two job opportunity

1st:Accenture:
Advantages: 5 day working
Disadvantages: Night Shift
Department:Accounts and Finance(What will be the exact work not known yet)
Salary:21000
Salary Hike:After a long time.

2nd:Small Startup Company
Advantages: Taxation Related Exposure and Accounting work.
Day working
Disadvantages: 6 day working
Salary:23000
May get a good hike after 6 months

Have to give CA Final Group 2 exam in November

Please suggest the best option for me.

05 July 2016 Hi Rishabh, Go for the Corporate ones. u can get better chance in future for the raise while switch over
small start up u will find it good in the initial stage but growth may be limited. but once u attached with big brand name its good corporate environment, benefits, perks etc....
