Respected all members,
I have completed CS this year,now i search for job, As a company secretary its main function is secretarial & compliance,MCA 21 E Filling,statutory register maintain,conduct meetings,and ensure corporate governance.
Now my query is some private limited company offering post of CS,Whether big or small.
The secretarial work is very less here & generally made formalities in this regard. And listed public company requiring experienced candidate for the post of CS. DO ONE CS SHOULD JOIN PVT COMPANY?
