Is service tax applicable on retainership job........

Whether the employer can pay service tax on my behalf or i should necessarily get an service tax registration..........

plz tell me about career opportunity for a CA student passed in multiple attempts(may be he is intelligent but could not clear in first / early attempts). can they get good opportunities or it is for first attempt pass out only.

I want to ask about some post qualification course which enhances the value along with c.a in the market.I am basically confused over CFA or MBA.Further would MBA through distance learning hold any value?Also Is CFA from ICFAI Tripura hold any significance and is it approved?
