PLease tell me about part time COP, its scope and other things.....

Part time COP is granted at the special permission (generally given to all)of Council. In part time COP you can give consultancy, you can become partner in any CA firm but you cannot do any certification work. Neither the CA firm will get any benefits in the audit limits for making you partner.
