I am working as clerk in SBI. I want to Pursue CA.Is there any exemption in articleship for employees? Without leaving this job can I Pursue this Course? or Should I go for ICWAI

There is no Exemption for employees, Without leaving job it is not possible to do CA , as CA isourse involves 3 years of training( with ruthless rules).
Better go for CWA, you will get exemption

CS will add flavour to your career. Because of corporate governance all Banks also employing cs persons at head office level. Since you are in the same Bank it is easy for you to get promotion.
ICWA will help you to move on the manager position in banks especially in industrial loan focused branch.
At this stage you should chosse CS because you should have aim for higher position.
