03 May 2009 I am a Company Secretary Final passed students & also a C.A.fianal student, currently pursuing Articleship of C.A. from Mumbai. 15 May 2009 Teaching is a very good idea with huge challenge. But you need to be very confident with clear cut concepts and skill to hold your students and convince them.

Also you need to update yourself with latest amendments, case laws change in exam patterns by the ICAI, ICSI etc.

I would suggest start teaching at a lower level & gain some confidence and then decide the next step for yourself. I think self evaluation is very important.
