Practical training of profession

Respected Sirs,

First of all Happy Diwali to all of u honorable experts. Sirs, I'm holding a m.com degree in first class with a b.com degree in second class. Though I've very sound basic knowledge of income tax, cost accounting and financial accounting but I've never gone through any practical training in these subjects. So, while I go to execute at work I find myself with zero confidence. I cannot join a ca firm since I'm not at the beginning of the career. I want to go through a practical training in all the areas related to profession in accounts & finance. Pls give me ur guidance about "What should I do?". U all are expert chartered accountants and I know that u can show me the right way. Thanks a lot for ur guidance.
