Hi Friends,

One of my relative needs to submit some documents of his business to the sales tax and some other tax authorities. For this matter the documents are to be signed by a chartered accountant. I have a friend who isa CA working in a Pvt company.

My question is that whether a Chartered Accountant who does not hold certificate of practice can sign tax related douments for submitting to tax authorities/ and to banks etc ? Please reply

sir,i am a continuing article assistant and completed my ca inter.i have also completed b.com.can i purse L.L.B along with c.a where the actual time for the L.L.B course is 10 a.m to 2.30 p.m.if i do so then ,is there any problem.

I am a student of CA-CPT now. I have enrolled for BCom correspondence. Can I now enroll myself for CS (ICSI) course. Will it be a problem if I clear my IPCC and wish to proceed with my CA Articleship training? Sir please advice.
