hi I am giving ipcc may14 attempt but costing fm is very hard how should I start with this subject that it gets comple te till my exam

i have been offered to work in chaturvedi and shah in the indirect tax dept as an article .but with no option for internal as well as external transfer.... should i take up the offer

Sir, I have taken transfer within 1 year dated 28.02.2014 and my one year of articleship is getting over on 19.03.2014 , but I have not submitted 103 yet because I didn't got a good firm . so if I submitt 109 after 30 days, what will be the consequences. plz answer..

brothers n sisters i want ur help for selecting a good firm. what kind of firm is suitable. i had passed my group 1st ipcc exam in November 2013 n am searching for an appropriate ca firm. i almost have passed the interview n tomorrow i have to join the firm. but the problem is that there is no bank audit. there is taxation n statutory audit and even they are paying me 4000 as stipend. but someone told me that bank audit is very important for future job seeking. what should i do. plz help me.

please suggest me how can I take transfer after completing fest year of articalship..? please tell me as soon as possible with best way...

Sir I am a recently qualifid chartered accountant, cleared in nov13. Now I am looking for job in industry. I have registered myself at many sites like naukri.com etc but getting no response. I have also applied in ca firms in delhi but everything seems to be futile. Plz help me gettig job.
