I just registered for ipcc, i wanted to know when can i join this b.com program by IGNOU? now or after ipcc?

it is beneficial to join after clearing IPCC.
but always do remember that an IGNOU degree may not look too good on your CV for a MBA degree. However, CA qualification should be able to cover up to a large extent.

So whats better option ? If I excel in CA field would it cover up completely ? What are the drop outs ? And how to get over ?

I would suggest a normal distance mode graduation from any university like DU, Mumbai University or Bangalore University etc.
that atleast look better.
If you wish to remain in a CA profile, then graduation degree would not matter at all. But where you wish to go for MBA, graduation will still carry some weight even after CA...

Ohk so if I opt bangalore university , will I seek a good job in the country and globally as well ,when compared to IGNOU? Do we get any exemptions there as well?
