Does the above mentioned one-year program create any difference in mba admission after ca???

it doesnt create any problem as you are eligible for MBA (CAT) even just on the basis of CA qualification. However qualitative impact of a IGNOU degree isn't that positive on your CV

Ohk then whats the need to do b.com ? Whats the use in ca of it?

it is useful because many institutes/universities (eg DU) dont accept CA as a graduation degree.

Ohk Nikhil, so is one year program b.com valid in abroad as well ? Do courses like CFA accept it ? Is it all same as normal b.com ?

it is a normal three years program for all practical purposes..the marksheet or degree is like any normal graduation degree...
CFA/FRM etc do accept ignou degrees...
