If ABC Incorporation (foreign Company) is holding 100% in XYZ Ltd and XYZ Ltd is holding 60% in PQR Ltd then whether ABC Inc. & PQR are related party under Customs Valuation Rules??? PQR is importing CG from ABC Incorporation.

I work for a dairy industry. we have no exports. We imported furniture, a/c & other other interior material using EPCG license. What will be the impact. please tell me briefly about EPCG. Are we eligible to take EPCG license & what will happen when we will not export anything.

I Have a Firm Named A and Purchasing Raw Material From Other Party, and Giving it to the XYZ and XYZ Giving to Me (A)Finished Goods. How would be tds and other invoicing process. please help me on this.
