28 November 2014 Our Company is going to transfer his business to Foreign company by slump sale. We have 10 Customs bond pending which has not cancelled. We already received EODC from DGFT & applied for Bond cancellation but till date it has not cancelled. So, is there required for us to take approval from Custom before transferring the business ? Do we require to apply for change of name of company in Bond ? Please guide me what is the procedure require to follow.

when you got the EODC letter,the application for cancellation of bond /bg submit in CUSTOM also take an acknowledgement for future purpose.
