How to get import export license
And which document need for it.

Every thing is going smooth with ur help,now again aproblem came,i got some samples of memory cards from China ,but the packing and all isdifferent from what is avlble in the market.Also i find from the net that thgese brands are biggest brands and may hav there copy right ,like Kingstonis from USA, can we import then these brans ,they say they will change packing as per our need but will there be a problem in customs if i brng brands like sandisk or kingston or NOKIA brand mobiles.

I had read tht Nokia and all has informed customs to restrict importing their brands ,will not then they create problem if the scan it and find it,it may be possible that sandisk might hav also informd about their copy will the custom not catch this duplicacy.there is shortage of these brands of memory cards in Kolkata ,wil the reason it may be.because these brands r avlble in abundance in china.
pls hel and guide in detail.

What is the customs duty on imported equipment for New Solar Projects. Is their any exemption from payment of customs duty for new projects in the light of Ministry of ne & renewaqlble energy notification 22/9/2009/NSM dated 12.08.2010 and MoF Notification 1/2011 customs dated 06.01.2011.

Is there any further notification.

Thanx for ur reply,ok i will open an account eefc and will remit payments from there then why dgft takes the account details while applying for iec code if its of no use.
Also inform me the duties on memory card readers and its hs code,and pen drive its hs code and duty.
if im importing thru dhl should my supplier clesrly write the hs code on the paket.or no need custom can scan and will impose duty.

Dear sir,
I hav given one Bank details in my IEC application which is mandatory,now if i make payment from some other bank can i do that.why there are cofusing HS code on memory cards one place its 85235220 as mentioned by u and shown as no duty,another place its 8542120 and duty is 16% which is correect and give me right hs code and duty now.

As you aware DEPB scheme will be discontinued by 30th June 2011, now exporter have only option that is Duty Drawback. I would be grateful if you could tell me difference in DEPB and Duty Drawback, also would like to know the difference in benefits for both the schemes which are available for the exporters .

Also I am looking for duty drawback rate schedule.

Dear All Kindly confirm us if we have received the raw material under DECC scheme.At the time of export can I avail the facility of DBK or DECC.

we shifted our corporate/ registered office at new location. And our work/ factory premises is same. We have successfully changed the address in ROC, Excise, Sales Tax, Banks..

Whether is it necessary to amend / intimate/ upgrade any thing in IEC Certificated.
If, yes,,,,,then what procedure is required ?
