dear anonymos,
noted please if you are individual , require the goods not for the trading purpose is exempt from the IEC CODE & whenever u can not received IEC code, didital key for issuance the licence, & EEFC ACCOUNT, RCMC OF CONCERNED EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL is mandatory for the exporter / importer except it indian government has restricted the impor tof export of prescribed item which is mentioned in foreign trade policy procedures.
