31 May 2011 how can u get the rate of depb license on sale of the license?for eg. if m getting the benefit of Rs. 100 and if i want to sale it, there is some rate applicable say 95% i.e my income is Rs.95 n if i sale the license it will attract vat or cst.. my query is, is this rate 95% gross rate inclusive of vat or cst or exclusive of vat or cst....
