how can u get the rate of depb license on sale of the license?for eg. if m getting the benefit of Rs. 100 and if i want to sale it, there is some rate applicable say 95% i.e my income is Rs.95 n if i sale the license it will attract vat or cst.. my query is, is this rate 95% gross rate inclusive of vat or cst or exclusive of vat or cst....

ACTUALLY DIFFER DIFFER RATE OF IMPORTER DETERMINED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASING THE DEPB LICENCE STATE IMPOSED VAT.
