Hi i want to import a mobile phone worth 110$ what is the import duty i have to pay for it and if i get as a gift how much i should pay

We are importing badminton rackets from china to be sold on mrp basis .
we are advised to put mrp label on the rackets though cvd is not to be charged on mrp .

what is the maximum margin that i can have as a trader . if my assessable value is rs.1000 and my mrp is 6000 can the customs dept ask for justification of the mrp .

Also van the customs ask for cvd on mrp .

Aa per notification , cvd on my product is nil

hello sir regarding import of gold in bulk from dubai what is the customs at present. Do we have any duty drawback scheme for exporter of finshed gold product in importing gold.
So sir plz give me detail charges to import bulk gold from dubai like may be above 10 kg per day.

is it mandatory for a supplier (not a supporting manufacturer) of exported product to be included as co-licensee in case of Advance authorisation?

From 01.Oct.20111 DEPB scheme is replaced by Drawback.

So please confirm us at the time of document preparation or shipping bill filing what kind of precautions we have taken so that we can avoid further problems while claiming the benefits.

or
Is one SVB order will get issue for each legal entity wise?

We want to apply for EPCG licance for import of shipment for our manufacturing unit at haridwar.

is EPCG licance is available for import of Access COntrol System / CCTV / Fire Alarm Systems under Security Systems...?

Pls. note that these all are security system items for co. use.
