I sent a large shipment to the US... On the invoice the amount used for each product was in USD however it said INR at top of the invoice so everything was shipped and I see now that the Shipping Bill says it is worth 20,000INR instead of 20,000USD. How do I fix this so I can get my $19,500 USD?

As per Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014, under EPCG scheme para 5.1 for zero rate of duty, we have an export obligation equal to 6 times the duty saved.

In this line the Export obligation is 6 times of the custom duty on imported goods or 6 times the CIF value of Capital goods?

Im working for a company called HARMAN, the company provides the software knowledge to its parent company world wide, now my concern is we have filled the FIRC but the SOFTEX is due from last 2 years i.e from July 2010 till date, can you please advice me the process to fill the late submission of SOFTEX and the penalty for the same. would there be any legal issue?
