i want to import 6 walki talki from china

Our company is setting up the plant in Gujarat.Major machines are Imported.We have already Imported certain machinery.Now we want to apply for EPCG license.Can we apply now ?What about machinery which already imported?

What are the Customs compliances that one is required to adhere to for a newly incorporated company wanting to import Leather shows into India, from France.

We want to Import GPD Vehicle Tracking Devices and Car Navigation systems from China & SEA countries.

We want somebody should help us in getting the correct %age of Customs Duty on these equipments.

We have searched in the latest Customs Tariff
Vol 1 & Vol 2, could not find GPS devices and Navigation systems under any classification indicated in the books.

If anybody has imported these equipments please let us have the information about the customs duty.

Please enlighten me if the duty draw back is available in respect of exports made to Nepal in indian rupees. Pl give reference to the relevant notifications also.

Quality of Final product manufactured on the plant supplied by the Foreign Supplier is not as per the requirement.

Now Supplier of Plant requires from us to export him Raw Material Samples for production testing at his foreign plant.

What will be Procedure for sending of Raw Materials Samples for testing on the Foreign supplier plant.

"Service Provider" has to amend his IEC to
include "Merchant Exporter" if he intends
to Export GOODS OUT OF THE COUNTRY.
