Our company is setting up the plant in Gujarat.Major machines are Imported.We have already Imported certain machinery.Now we want to apply for EPCG license.Can we apply now ?What about machinery which already imported?

before import importer can issue the EPCG licence Now u have not liable for incentive and duty under THIS CASE.
