Hi Expert,
Im working for a company called HARMAN, the company provides the software knowledge to its parent company world wide, now my concern is we have filled the FIRC but the SOFTEX is due from last 2 years i.e from July 2010 till date, can you please advice me the process to fill the late submission of SOFTEX and the penalty for the same. would there be any legal issue?
