WE ARE A REGULAR MERCHANT EXPORTER, AND DOING EXPORT BUSINESS FROM MORE THAN LAST 10 YEARS. NOW WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE PROCEDURE TO OBTAIN A FACTORY STUFFING PERMISSION, FOR THE STUFFING OF EXPORT CONSIGNMENT AT OUR SUPPORTING MANUFACTUER'S FACTORY PREMISES. WE HAVE THE FOLLLWING RETISTRATIONS /CERTIFICATES:-


1) EXPORT HOUSE HOLDER STATUS
2) EXCISE REGISTRATION AS DEALER.
3) RCMC FROM AN EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL.
4) VAT REGISTRATION WITH SALES TAX AUTHORITY.
5) PAN FROM INCOME TAX.

NOW WE WANT TO STUFF THE CONTAINER AT SUPPORTING MANUFACTURER'S PREMISE AND SHIPMENT FROM JNPT. WHAT IS THE SIMPLE PROCEDURE TO OBTAIN ONE TIME PERMISSION, WITHOUT MUCH TIME DELAY??? PLS HELP US.

Can someone explain leagally what should be the importers address in case the Importer has One registered office and another warehouse, where the goods go after customs clerance. Both addresses are endorsed in IEC.

Can we have registered office address in Invoice and Choose warehouse address in Bill of Entry where the goods may be finally stored after customs clearance?

I've ordered a used equipment via eBay & the item is now held by Delhi customs. They are asking for NOC from MoEF. I visited moef.nic.in but cannot find any procedure. Also I tried contacting regional offices but none of them is answering the phone.

Does anyone know how I can obtain NOC from MoEF?
