For the preparation of BANK CERTIFICATE FOR EXPORT REALISATION FORM NO.1
have one coloum
1.Date of realisazation of export proceeds
What date should be taken
1.Value date/Advice date/



2..FOB value means What?
is it is taken from Shipping bill/Bank advice


3.Can i taken insurense amount from Shipping bill because it is matching

4.If rhe FOB means final realisation amount can i deduct foriegn bank charges from that?

Here is the problem is the compant availed Packing credit
5.Whether FOB means value at the time of purchase or Realistion?
6.If i take FOB from Shipping bill and submit the same to Bank for certificate If they cross match with the Realisation amount with the FOB in Shipping bill is there is any problem

How many fee provided by exporter in lieu of issuance this licence?

We have exported some goods (Granites Tiles) from india to other country against Bank LC. we received foreign receipt in our bank accounts but same was not received exact buyer name. our LC was due exceed 180 days . Bank want to FIRC
or charge intrest in our account. because receipt was not indentify by bank.
We have receipt all payments in our books & bank accounts. Bank wants certificate from our side to confirm Foreign Receipt.
Can we issue such certificate to Banker.
does it effect in our future business.

Can you please clarify for the following:

Suppose, If "A" procures goods from "B" under CT-1 for export, can "A" elegible to get DEPB post export benefits.

sir wht is mean by Large Tax Payer unit n is he need to be manfacturer,service provider n income tax assesee at a same point of time or any one of them i m little bit confused can u explain me in a simple example.
