Suppose, If "A" procures goods from "B" under CT-1 for export, can "A" elegible to get DEPB post export benefits.

26 July 2010 I think yes He can claim DEPB benefit, as the export made against his IEC and DEPB benefit is only available for exporter not for supporting manufacturer.

26 July 2010 At first you have to mention "Export under DEPB" in you export Invoice then only it will appear on Shipping Bill, so "A" should mention same in his Invoice.
