We are an exporter and Importer. We wish to import some goods in Dollar and wand to keep them in Bonded Warehouse. Then we will re-export it in Rupee terms. I wish to know that this is permitted by Indian Laws or not?
And What documents are need for it?

Can we transfer the DFIA license. please tell me procedure and documents required for Transfer the DFIA license.

We are importing steel tubes,we need some MPC or grade certifiacte for consignemnt.why it is required.How we can get it?

A Private customs bonded warehouse has been set up where goods are bought in and stored. On receipt of online orders goods are exported through courier and post. Queries are
1. What paper work is to be done to remove the goods from warehouse for export?
2. Since no manufacturing activity is carried out in the warehouse and goods imported are exported as such, what paper work is necessary?
3. Is clearing from customs warehouse different from removal of goods from excise registered warehouse?

I presume, in Union Budget 2012, Edu Cess & HEC,usually added after 4 % SAD has been removed.
Shall appreciate if you could provide the calculation methodology for Excise Duty ,for DTA Sales to be made by an EOU.

As we all know that the DEPB scheme has been withdrawn from 1st October, 2011, can any one tell me the consequences of this major change in incentive scheme with respect to the followings:

1. Licenses in hand.
2. Export sale made after withdrawal of DEPB scheme.

i am a service provider, i am receiving usd 25000 every year in my account, i would like to know can i claim drawback in that.

since the dollars are coming in to my bank account in india i feel i should be eligible for drawback incentive.
