sir,
i am a service provider, i am receiving usd 25000 every year in my account, i would like to know can i claim drawback in that.
since the dollars are coming in to my bank account in india i feel i should be eligible for drawback incentive.
please answer

as per para 2.8(iii) of Hand Book of procedures vol-1(2009-2014) persons are exempt from IEC , if they are importing and exporting for personal USE.
if they are exporting the goods not for personal then can get the DRAWBACK As per rate Notified by DOR , government of india.
