share application money

if any money has been given for purchase of shares but the allotment is still pending, how it will be treated in our books?
whether it will be shown under investments since we have paid money for that or will it be shown as advance since allotment is pending.

auditor's report

If a company is covered under caro during one financial year, will it continue to be under the act, despite the fact that it is expemt under Clause 1(2) (iv).
I mean while preparing the audit report, will we have to check the applicability for each year.

Gratuity Act

As per the gratuity act 1972 it is paid after completion of 5 yrs when an employee leaves an organization but is there any rule such that we cannot disburse gratuity if the employee leaves within 5 yrs.
