Broadly speaking:
Shareholders registers.
Sharetransfer registers
Prospectus or Statement inlieu thereof.
Share application and amount received.
Bank account entries for amount received reconcilled with application.
Compliances of SEBI, FEMA CA regulations for issue.
Counterfoils of Share certificates.
Regarding lead managers it will be detailed in agreements with them.
