ALL ITEMS OR UNSECURED ITEMS, CASH RECEIVED ABOVE TWENTY THOUSAND IS DISALLOWED BY ITO OR AT THE TIME OF COMPUTATION.
2. AS ASSESSEE GIVEN LOAN TO OTHERS RS. 1,00,000(CHQ) AND RS. 1,50,000(CASH) THESE ITEMS ARE SHOWN UNDER 3CD COLOUM NO 24B SEC 269T IS COMPULSORY. ALL ITEMS OR UNSECURED ITEMS, CASH PAID ABOVE TWENTY THOUSAND IS DISALLOWED BY ITO OR AT THE TIME OF COMPUTATION. IF ABOVE ITEMS ARE DISALLOWED OR PENALTY IF PENALTY PLEASE TELL HOW MUCH AND WHICH SECTION.

Please anyone can clarify how many tax audit a Chartered Accountant can do also, which all audits are counted for the same and which audit are not counted.

If a Non-Listed Pvt Ltd holding comapany has given loan to its fully owned subsidiary company and it exceeds RS 10 CRORES IN THIS FINANCIAL YEAR then is level 1 applicable or not?

Whether it is possible to reduce fees of statutory auditor of a private company on reappointment ????

while calculating the ceiling on number of audits under section 224(1B), whether audit of any government company is also to be considered????

We have one client to whom we are charging 35000 as audit fees.

Now the client want other professional service(valuation of share). Can we do it. If we do it, then how much fees we can charged from such client. Is there any notification of ICAI in this regards.

Is caro applicable to a private limited company which is a 100% sbsidiary of a foreign company if it satisfies all other conditions regarding its status as a private company mentioned in section 3 ?
