IS TDS APPLICABLE.............?

i am working in X Company, i stayed one day in hyderabad for that the company has paid Room Tarrif Rs.2000 and Luxury Tax Rs.100
Total 2100 is the company liable to deduct TDS while making the payment kindly suggest.

Pl advise, whether Asseesse's brother's wife/son shall be covered in pt18 of 3CD.

(payments made to persons specified under section 40A(2)(b))

- in case of individual
- in case assessee is partner in a firm & firm makes payment to his brother's wife/son

Can anyone tell me, if the service rendered by interior decorater to the company,whether Tds u/s 194j and vat is deductable?? company already capitalised the same..
