Please tell important SA for pcc Examination.

i am doing internal audit of a client. it is observed that booking of expeses is not done and expenses are booked only at the time of payment.
E.g. telephone exp. ---dr 12000
to bank---12000
instead of passing foll. entry
tele exp------12000
to exp payable----12000

exp payable----12000
to bank----12000


what for miscellaneous expenses like local conveyance exp of rs.10, tel exp rs.5 etc.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AUDIT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE AUDITOR TO BE A PEER REVIEWER OR TO BE ONE OF THE MEMBERS OF PEER REVIEW BOARD??
IS IT 10 YEARS OR 15 YEARS OF AUDIT EXPEREINCE??

How to register Proprietorship firm

Earlier i have taken COP as Part time. Now it is converted in to Full time as i am on employment with organisation on consultation basis.

How can i take benefit of Full time COP?
I want to register my proprietorship firm what is the procedure?
In future can i convert proprietorship firm into partnership?

please help me

Statutory Audit

Dear all,

we are the auditor of pvt. ltd co. from the last 2 years they have not audited their accounts,we have approch them but books are not ready, they have also not file Annual return..

Now wt as a auditor we have to do??? any liability arise on our part ?? Thanks..

Disqualification of Auditor

accor to sec 226 of the companies act if and auditor holds shares in the company in which he is proposed to be appointed after one year of the companies amendment act 2000 he is disqualified for appointing as an auditor and also he is disqualified to be appointed if he holds the shares of voting rights

Now my question is whether the auditor is not disqualified if he holds shares in the company before the companies amendment act and also if he holds shares of non voting rights he is not disqualified?

Can anybody provide me the Check list (Internal Audit of a listed company) in respect of sales , purchase and stock.
