One of the my client has not been paid professional tax for the f.y. 2010-11 till the date of audit. Is any amount is disallowable?If Yes, then what amount is disallowable and under which section?

Do provisions of section 224A- (Appointment of auditor by special resolution) applies on appointment of first auditor also?

I have sent a letter of communation to previous auditor of a pvt ltd company by Registered Post Acknowledgment Due. What is the reasonable time that I should wait if the previous auditor do not reply.

One newly qualified CA practicing in his own pro firm name. now his previous principle offer him for partnerships a full time practiconer .Object is get Bank audit and other panel auditIs form ICAI.

Is the person practise under both firm name??
can he practice in his own firm name as well as partnership firm name ???/

Can relative give interest free loans?

Good Morning everybody

Wish to know that:

Whether a relative can give interest free loan to the proprietorship concern of relative????

Please explain with Income Tax Act & TDS Matters in relation to it also.
