A practicing charted accountant has a 10 years of experience in some specified field and wants to give AD in justdial.com
and suppose AD given in JUSTDIAL .com and placed his Proff .exp in seperate pages
can he guilty of professional misconduct

the name shuld appear under heading Chartered Accountants or in alphabetical order or some other rational order whihc are open to other CAs also.
while appearing in any directory/ just dial one should abstain from using tags lines like 'one of the leading firm", "fastest growing firm", "Number 1 in accounting" an such other captions.
Please refer guidelines on this in detail.
any voilation may lead to contravention of Schedule 1 part 1 of the CA Act. Please remember these provisions are very stringent.
