Hi sir/madam
if turnover exceeds to 1.5 cr for bakery business should we opt for regular scheme for 18% with ITC claim or any alternative rates available please suggest

Composition Scheme not allowed beyond ₹1.5 crore
Regular GST Scheme is mandatory
5% GST applies to bakery/restaurant food (no ITC)
18% GST applies to branded & packaged bakery products (with ITC)
No alternative concessional scheme exists beyond ₹1.5 crore
