13 August 2011 One newly qualified CA practicing in his own pro firm name. now his previous principle offer him for partnerships a full time practiconer .Object is get Bank audit and other panel auditIs form ICAI.

Is the person practise under both firm name??
can he practice in his own firm name as well as partnership firm name ???/

13 August 2011 He / she can practice in individual name as well as in the capacity of a partner in CA firm. But for 'multipurpose empanelment' either one is eligible,preferably the one in which he /she is in whole tine practice.

13 August 2011 ok sir, say i am agree with my pricipal proposal and i shall join as a full time practioner, now shall i continue audit etc of my clients in my own firm name (all are pvt co )?

14 August 2011 Decision is up to u and audit limits prescribed under companies act as well as ICAI guidelines has to be strictly adhered to.
