19 August 2011 Any court order will have detailed explanation of the order given. The court will consider the Acts, Sections, Standards, etc. before passing any order. And they will give any order by a clear explanation of the Law, Case & Situation.

Even if the Court order override the Accounting Standards, since there would be proper reasonable explanation based on the situation, the order may not have universal applicability and may some time serve for that particular case.
