REQUIRE ALL STANDARD AUDITING NOTES OF SURBHI BANSAL FOR PCC NOV 2011

i want to know that our dealer has turnober below 60 lakhs in f.y. 10-11 but the net profit is less than 8% so we have to audit our account.but i want to know that if audited our account as per income tax section 44AD and filed our e rturn so digital signature is required while filing the ereturn or not.

Applicability of Cost Audit is different as per Notification Dated 3rd June 2011 and 30th June 2011. Further the Notification dated 30-06-2011 is not available on MCA Site. MCA Site displays only notofication dated 3-06-2011.

Which one is final?

Please help me in filling the MEF 2011-12 (Bank Branch Empanelment Form)

MY DETAILS ARE AS UNDER:
I have Qualified & taken COP in year 2008, till mid of 2009 i was partner is some other CA firm and thereafter create my own Sole Prop. Firm.

while filling MEF 2011-12 form, at first page "Details of the Applicant" there are 2 (two) option showing with CHECK BOX to tick on any one:

1. Yr. of Estb. of Sole Prop. Concern
2. Yr. since continuously holding COP in
Individual name.

Query:
1. In which option i have to tick (Please suggest best)

2. What is the purpose of showing above 2 (two) option in MEF??

Please guide as early as possible as there is not much time left for filling MEF.

I AM LITTLE BIT CONFUSE REGARDING TAX AUDIT LIMIT OF WORK CONTRACTOR WHOSE TOTAL TURNOVER OF Rs. 1 CRORE BUT OUT OF THIS MATERIAL AND LABOUR BOTH INCLUDED.

1. IF SUPPOSE IN BILL VAT NOT CHARGED SEPERATELY AND SERVICE TAX CHARGE SEPERATELY.

2. IF SUPPOSE BOTH CHARGE SEPERATELY.

PLEASE CLARIFY ABOVE BOTH SITUTION.

Can u help me regarding following.

1. One Client has total turnover of Rs. 70,00,000/- out of which 59,00,000 from sales and balancing figure from service income of Rs. 11,00,000.

2. Same as above case but little change suppose out of above service income of Rs. 59000000/- and balancing of Rs. 11000000 of sales income then what will be the answer from your side respected sir.

is it tax audit case?
if yes may i know the exact provision of this where it is written?

what is propriety audit?
