please guide me regarding petty cash audit of a public limited company

Dear All

Pls advice how pricing of shares is to be done under discounted Cash Flow Mehtod in case of newly incorporated company. 100% investment in the company is being done by a foreign company. There are no outstanding shares in the company thus making it impossible to do the valuation under DCF. RBI is not accepting any other Valuation except for DCF

COMPANY INCORPORATED ON 23/3/2011 .PREPARING ITS FINANCIAL STATMENT FROM 23/3/2011 TO 31/3/2012 . WHETHER REVISED SCH VI IS APPLICABLE. PLEASE GIVE LOGICAL REPLY WITH SUPPORTING EVIDENCE.

Dear Sir, our is a tax audit concern required to file tax audit return u/s 44AB.now we hav changed our previous CA and appointed new CA.wether we require to obtain NOC-no objection certificate from previous CA? or this NOC is to be obtained by new CA? And wether it is compulsory or optionally kindly clarify. we are allready qoute this question. but till today we cant find ans. so kindly resolve this Q please

what is the rate of dep for motor car,air condition,shop and computer and under which head of fixed asset it can be shown like plant & machinary etc.

Co incorporated in Dec,11 & unable to commence bussiness till date and unable to appoint it first auditor in first board meeting

want to prepare balance sheet as at 31.03.12 by appointing its first auditor after july,2012. Is it possible to appint first auditor after july,12 and if yes then in which meeting (i.e board or general) such auditor will be appointed with which resolution i.e. ordonary or special resoolution.pls. forward me copy of such resolution

or is it possible to prepare first balance sheet as at 31.03.12 if yes what kind of permission require fr extention of financial year. pls. forward me copy of such resolution

He guys i have joined my articleship 1.5 months before, During this period i have only done vouching, Isn't it is too much boring, suggest how to get rid of it
