Also is it mandatory??

I received advance of Rs.60000 from customer for purchase of materials. But latter on, the transaction was cancelled so now can I refund Rs.60000 in cash to him? Is there applicability of Sec. 40A of income tax?

Purchase of Mobile phone and Music System can be accounted as Fixed Assets?

Can we find out the way to detect wrong delivery made to customer against wrong DO.

In our company we found that article X wes delivered to one of my customer instead of Delivery order of Y.

Please guide me....one of my clients has not applied for Service Tax No only though his gross receipts are far more....he is a labour contractor supplying labour for painting work n all on contract basis....do i need to report in his Tax audit report that he has not applied for service tax registration ? In clause 43 B ? or in any other clause ? please tell me....

A CA who is practicing under a proprietorship firm got Allahabad Bank branch audit last year & that was his first audit after a long gap - now this year RBIs panel list has shown him ineligible - without showing any further reason - now what is to do or is there any place where such ineligibility reason can be asked or any grievance cell if any etc.

I want to know that in which section of companies Act or Income tax Act or audinting standard, it is written that the date of revise audit report must be different from the date of original audit report.
