24 February 2013 Can we find out the way to detect wrong delivery made to customer against wrong DO.

Breif:
In our company we found that article X wes delivered to one of my customer instead of Delivery order of Y.

On delivering article every co. takes confirmation of delivery from customer.

So you can check DO confirmation to audit this.

25 February 2013 But sir ji here article despatched to customer was paper which was expensive than paper rim to be despatched & we didn't have any customer complaint on wrong delivery.

We check stock in SAP & found some difference . neither despatch team nor customer complain on this
