What is the provisions regarding applicability of cost audit to pharmaceutical companies??
Also is it mandatory??
kindly explain at the earliest.

Limits are :-

1) Turnover exceeds 20 Cr doring 2010-11 or
2) Net worth exceeds 5 Cr as on last day of previous year or
3) Co is listed.
