if a person has a turnover of 27lakhs and a gross loss of Rs.80000 in his business is he required to carry out audit u/s 44AD? he has no other income other than sb interest of around 5000. pls reply at the earliest.

Regarding signing of tax audit reports

A prop. died on 30 august 2013. His books are to be audited and tax audit report is to be filed.
I want to know his report will be filed under whose PAN.
Moreover, his wife does not have a PAN and his children are minor.
