CAN AN AUDITOR FILE 2XML OF 3CB-3CD OF 2 BUSINESS CONCERNS WITH SINGLE PAN OF ASSESSEE?

NO!! if the assessee is running to business against his/her/its own PAN, you need to consolidate the income and expense of both the businesses into one income tax return and one 3CB-3CD.

yes,, figures of both business required to be consolidated and a single form 3cb-3cd required to be uploaded in efiling portal
