26 September 2013 While filling 3CB In Sl No- 10 presumptive basis section is not mention by mistake whether calculating ceiling on limit of 45 it will count with in 45 limit as the assesses turn over is less than 1 Cor.

Can auditor file revised 3CB to rectify the same to used presumptive basis Section.

30 September 2013 Yes the auditor can revise the report. Recently Income tax department has provided for filing revised 44AB audit report online..

a) REVISION OF ACCOUNTS OF COMPANY, AFTER ITS ADOPTION IN AGM
b) CHANGE OF LAW
