27 September 2013 I want to know whether tax audit report can be filed electronically after 26.09.13 or manual filing is compulsory

The due date for online furnishing has been extended to 31.10.2013.

However, who ever opts to furnish online after 30.09.2013, shall have to furnish Physical copy of the audit report before the due date i.e.30.9.2013.

28 September 2013 E-iling is compulsory not manual. Manual is option given for those who are finding difficulty in filing online but later by 31/10/2013 it needs to be filed online.
