Respected Sir I had Made a purchse a Material With Excise Bill Sale Was Sold to party abc but it was cancelled but bill was not collected from abc and that bill was sold to party xyz now both the parties shows purchse from me of a same bill and the also sold the same material against my bill they also filed the return for feb 2014 what can i do

1.A COMPANY IS TAKING CENVAT CREDIT ON PURCHASES MADE . BUT WHEN THE SAME PURCHASES
IS RETURNED BACK WHETHER CENVAT CERDIT SHOULD BE REVERSED.

2.WHEN SALES RETURNS OCCURS WHETHER THE LIABILITY TO PAY THE EXCISE DUTY SHOULD BE REVERSED ? WHAT IF IT OCCURS AFTER MORE THAN ONE MONTH AFTER SALES OCCURS IE IF THE EXCISE DUTY IS PAID AND RETURNS ARE FILED?

NOT FILED ER-6 RETURNS BCOZ OF LACK OF AWARENESS HOW IMPORTANT IS TO FILE ER-6 RETURNS?

2. THE COMPANY HAS MORE THAN 25 RAW MATERIALS IN ITS STOCK AND ALSO SAME FOR FINISHED PRODUCTS SO THE NOW QUESTION IS HOW TO FILE ER-6 RETURNS IN SUCH CASES . PLEASE GIVE A SAMPLE OF THE ER-6 RETURNS IN SUCH CASES.
