10 March 2014 Respected Sir I had Made a purchse a Material With Excise Bill Sale Was Sold to party abc but it was cancelled but bill was not collected from abc and that bill was sold to party xyz now both the parties shows purchse from me of a same bill and the also sold the same material against my bill they also filed the return for feb 2014 what can i do

12 March 2014 If you are manufactuer and after sale, goods has been received in the factory premises then you can take the cenvat credit on own invoice and you can issue the fresh invoice for another party name.
