we are buying a roofing coils material from maharastra and we are paying excise duty tax for that material may i know the procedure sir that how to claim that amount of excise duty

05 March 2014 If you are a manufacturer manufacturing excisable goods which are liable to excise duty or a service provider providing taxable output service, then you can claim CENVAT credit of excise duty paid.

Such CENVAT credit can be utilized to pay excise duty liability on final product or service tax liability on output service.
