Utilization of balances in pla

CAN WE UTILIZE BALANCE OF PLA FOR THE DISCHARGE THE LIABILITY OF BASIC EXCISE DUTIES.CAN WE MERGE ALL HEADS BALANCE IN ONE HEAD I.E OF BASIC EXCISE DUTY.

As we can merge all balances in different heads i.e education cess, Auto.cess in one basic excise duty head? and use the same balance for the payment of excise duties.If the balances in education & S.H education cess laying in PLA can we utilise for the payment of excise duty.After 1st March 2015

Ct3 problem

Hello everyone.,
one of our clent was raised invoice before receiving CT-3 form and after CT-3 again one more invoice they raised .. so now it raised 2 times.. pls suggest us what action we have to take

Ceth 74040029

Dear experts,

We have to file ER-1 return and we have clear the good for a job work (brass scrap to our job workers) for conversion purpose with Callahan. there is no duty applicable but filing the ER 1 return which notification apply please suggest.

Also we have issue the material of brass casted rods for captive consumption under head 74032100 for production but which notification apply to issue for without duty.

Please reply.

Please solve my problem, if a company receive excisable purchase bill of date 03-03-2015, can company take cenvat credit of education cess and secondary education cessation on that Bill.

Cenvat credit of excise duty

Is cenvat credit is admissible of excise duty paid on delivery/shipping/packing & forwarding charges on invoice??
We have purchase a material from manufacturer..
Ass. Value=50000
Shipping charges=1000
Total value=60000
ED@12.5%=7500

I want to know that, we can take credit of excise duty Rs. 7500 or 6250.
